There are 2 reasons: Applying Nutri-Plot every 21-30 days will

more attractive to whitetails.

Do I still need starter fertilizer when using
Nutri-Plot?
Nutri-Plot is a supplemental fertilizer product designed to work
with your granular fertilizer and lime applications. Nutri-Plot
contains ingredients that will aid in your starter fertilizer's
performance and usage by the plant.
What will Nutri-Plot do for my pH levels in the soil?
Nutri-Plot includes a soil buffer and conditioning agent that
will aid in making your soil more balanced with repeated use.
Controlling the pH levels of your soil is extremely important in
producing a superior food plot.
Can I mix Nutri-Plot with herbicide applications?
Nutri-Plot will mix with herbicide applications used for
controlling weed pressure. Nutri-Plot in some cases will act as a
surfactant when mixed with herbicides.
How long before whitetails will react to the natural
attractant in Nutri-Plot?
The natural attractant in Nutri-Plot generally requires two
applications for the best results in whitetail activity. AgXplore
test plots have shown activity in some cases as little as three days
after the first application.
Can I apply Nutri-Plot just prior to the beginning of
the hunting season?
Applications may be made just prior to the hunting season,
although not recommended on perennial food plots. With perennial
plots, best results are accomplished by applying throughout the
growing season to maximize plant enhancement and nutritional values
of the food plot. Apply at least 3-4 applications of Nutri-Plot on
fall plantings to receive the best results.
